Geist -- Amelia Nelson Geist, 94, resident of Albuquerque for 13 years, died Saturday, November 4, 2000. She is survived by her daughter, Georgia R. Hiser of Albuquerque; granddaughter, Jacque R. Mascarenas and husband, Phillip of Albuquerque; grandson, Robert J. Hiser, Jr. and wife, Annette of Tulsa, OK; great-grandchildren, Andrea Amelia Januskiewicz, Joseph Thomas Januskiewicz, both of Albuquerque and Ava Frances Hiser of Tulsa, OK; and sister, Martha Black of Denver, CO. She is preceded in death by her husband, Peter Nelson, Jr.; and son-in-law, Robert J. Hiser. Amelia was active in the Lutheran church. Private graveside services will be held.
