Jenkins -- Patricia A. Jenkins, 78, a resident of Albuquerque for 14 years, died Thursday, October 12, 2000. She is survived by her son, Robert Rininger and wife, Lindie of Elkhart, IN; daughter, Jan Hawkins and husband, Chuck of Albuquerque; two step sons, Dean Jenkins of Denver, CO and Scott Jenkins of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Andrea Schoellkopf and husband, Jake, David Hawkins and wife, Nancy, Shannon Hawkins, Josh Rininger, Zach Rininger, Jamie Rininger and Vince Branciforte; great-grandchildren, Daniel"The General" Schoellkopf and Morgan Elizabeth Hawkins; one brother, Michael Kelly; one sister, Margaret Ryan; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Jenkins was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Scott Jenkins; one sister, Molly; and one brother, George. She did volunteer work with Albuquerque Public Schools, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center and numerous charitable organizations. Cremation has taken place and memorial rosary will be recited Sunday, 5:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Deacon Bob Lewis reciting. Memorial Mass will be celebrated Monday, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 4020 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Father Francis X. Eggert, Celebrant. Interment will take place at 2:30 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Bernalillo County Commission P.T.A. Clothing Bank and/or the Albuquerque Public Schools Nurses Visioncare Fund, Attn: Margaret, 120 Woodland NW, 87107. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
