Glasnapp -- William Glasnapp, 71, a resident of Albuquerque since 1953, died Sunday, December 30, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Alice Glasnapp of Albuquerque; daughters, Martha Diane Garson and husband, Bear of Socorro, Robin Lynn Prato and husband, Mike and Geri Elizabeth Aranda and husband, Leon, all of Albuquerque; sons, William Karl Glasnapp and wife, Sandra of Moriarty and Michael Andrew Glasnapp and wife, Lisa of Albuquerque; granddaughters, Basca Devonne Glasnapp of Salt Lake City, UT, Rachael Patrese Glasnapp and Mariah Makayla Glasnapp; grandsons, Gary Paul Sevier and wife, Charmain, all of Albuquerque, Adam Adellio Marquez and wife, Teresa of Rio Rancho, Matthew William Marquez of Albuquerque, Peter James Furek and Brandon Joseph Furek, both of Moriarty; great-grandchildren, Jasmin Sevier, Cherish Sevier, Hope Sevier, all of Albuquerque and James Cooper of Rio Rancho; mother, Dortha M. Glasnapp of Corrales; sisters, Ruth Jackson and husband, Joe of Albuquerque, Bertice Dooley and husband, Dick of Corrales, Judy Lovvorn of Albuquerque and Joyce Smith and husband, Smitty of Long Beach, CA; brother, Gerald Glasnapp and wife, Joyce of La Mirada, CA; and extended family. Mr. Glasnapp served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Northdale Baptist Church and attended Calvary Chapel. Mr. Glasnapp was devoted to his family. Services will be held Wednesday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Pastor Bob Church and Pastor Ron Mansdoerffer officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Pallbearers will be Kevin Sevier, Pete Corke, Alfonso Antillon, Jose Antillon, Gary Sevier, Matthew Marquez, Jimmy Sanchez, Andrew Garcia, Leon Aranda and Jerry Dimas. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
