Trujillo -- 1910-2002. Enriques Trujillo Sr., 91, a resident of Casa Colorada, peacefully passed away at his home after a lengthy illness, surrounded by his loving family on January 22, 2002. He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Louisa Trujillo; two sons; one daughter; and six brothers. Mr. Trujillo is survived by his loving wife, Juanita; his son, Johnny Trujillo and wife, Frances of Casa Colorada; his daughters, Sofie Baca and her husband, Tony of Belen, Mary Leyba and husband, Bennie of Santa Fe, Perfie Chavez and husband, Ray of Barstow, California, Linda Moya and husband, Chester of Pecos; his daughter-in-law, Carmen Trujillo and her family; his brothers, Herman Trujillo and wife, Drucila of Bosque, Willie Trujillo and wife, Florinda of Barstow, California; 29 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren. A Rosary for Mr. Trujillo will be recited on Thursday evening January 24th at 7:00 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Casa Colorada, led by his granddaughter Audra. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday January 25, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. also at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Casa Colorada with Father Vincent Nicosia officiating. Burial will follow in the Casa Colorada Cemetery. His Urn Bearers will be his grandsons Steven Trujillo and Michael John Trujillo. Arrangements by Riverside Funeral Home in Belen.
