Blythe -- Hubert Lee "Hugh" Blythe passed away on January 14, 2002 after a lengthy illness. Hubert was born in Wilburton, OK on August 27, 1931. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict and was awarded a medal for good conduct. He married Venita Farmer on November 16, 1956. His wife, Venita; four children; 19 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren survive Hubert. Hubert was the eldest of nine children and is also survived by his sisters, Wanda, Joyce, and Louise; and his brothers, Ronnie and Kenneth. Services in his memory were held at Monterey Baptist Church on January 16, 2002.
