Garcia -- Silvia Garcia, 79, went home to be with the Lord on March 11, 2002. She was born on August 25, 1922 in Albuquerque, NM. Silvia was a parishioner of the San Jose De Duranes Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eusebio Garcia. She is survived by her daughter, Maria Bencomo and husband, Armando; grandsons, Eric-Christopher Garcia, Armando Bencomo Jr., Luis Roberto Bencomo, Jaime Agustin Bencomo and Carlos Bencomo; and six great-grandchildren. Silvia will be deeply missed by her loving family. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, March 12, 2002 at San Jose De Duranes Church at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 13, 2002 at San Jose De Duranes Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eric-Christopher Garcia, Armando Bencomo Jr., Luis Bencomo, Jaime Bencomo, Carlos Bencomo and Juan Garcia. Services are in the care of Garcia Mortuary 717 Stover Ave. S.W. 243-5222.
