Finley -- Clarence U. Finley, 76, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away midmorning Saturday, March 30, 2002 of natural causes. He was a highly decorated World War II Veteran. In 1945 he was granted the Purple Heart for his participation at Okinawa. He was later honored with a Oak Leaf Cluster for his efforts at Shima. Clarence, had been employed at the Security Force in Los Alamos and by the University of California for many years. He retired in the early 90's and managed Finley Mobile Home Park. He was preceded in death by infant daughter, Rebecca Lynn Finley, and son Dr. David Finley. He is survived by his wife, Betty Finley of Arroyo Seco; daughter, Marsha Fralick, San Diego, CA, Darryl Finley, Albuquerque, Clarence (Dee) and Nancy Finley, San Diego, CA, Richard Finley, Albuquerque, Donald Finley, Espanola, Debr and James Campa, Alcalde, Shiela Gentry, Arroyo Seco; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral servives are pending.
