Lanz0 -- Frank Lanzo, age 58, passed away April 15, 2002 after a long illness. He was a resident of the Albuquerque area for 23 years. He leaves behind his life companion and care giver, Kathleen Marshall. He is survived by his beloved family, mother, Ida Lanzo of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; sisters, Eneida Eriyamulla, Elaine Ortiz, and Doreen Williams of Newburg, NY, Carmen Lanzo, Irene Demetrio, and Linda Soto of New York City and Sandy Jefferies of Ft. Lauderdale; sons, Bob Lanzo, Jeoffrey Lanzo, Eric and wife, Angela Lanzo of Amarillo, TX and Joseph Lanzo of Oklahoma City, OK; daughter, P.J. of Los Lunas; two grandchildren, Courtney and Kyler Lanzo. His hard work, wonderful sense of humor, beautiful smile and love of his family will be missed. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Diabetes Association. The family wishes to thank his health care givers for their loving care, concern and patience especially Dr. Ivan Pinon, Dr. Donald Saye, and the staff at DCI in Rio Rancho and the staff of UNM Hospital, you all made his illness bearable, Thanks. Cremation has taken place and a Mass will be held, Thursday, April 18, 2002,10:00 a.m. at the Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE, no reception at the family home.
