Whalen -- Shirley Whalen, a resident of Albuquerque since 1957, died Tuesday, May 14, 2002. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Tom Whalen of Albuquerque; nieces, nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2002, at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
