Blea -- Mr. Juan Antonio (Tony) Blea, 84, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on May 17, 2002 peacefully at home in the arms of his loving family. Mr. Blea is survived by his children, Ricky Blea and wife Mary Ellen, Patsy Garcia and husband Joe, Tonia Torres and husband Leonard, Jeanette Blea-Marrufo, Matthew Blea, Ruth Vasquez, Theresa Molina and husband Paul and Joe Duran and wife Dora; special friends, Paul Joe Duran and Jaime Sias; 31 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; many kind hearted nieces, nephews, cousins and very good friends and his bird and dogs. Mr. Blea was preceded in death by his wive Ramona G. Blea (1999) and a son, Victor F. Blea (2002). Mr. Blea was a member of the Catholic Church and a member of 55 years to the Local Union #412 Plumbers and Pipe Fitters. A visitation for Mr. Blea will be Monday evening after 6:30 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 by Deacon Robert Paiz. A final viewing will be Tuesday morning from 8:30am until 9:00am at Holy Family Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00am. Pallbearers will be, Rick A. Blea, Gabriel T. Blea, Phillip Barreras, James Marrufo, Juan J. (J.J.) Duran and Michael Barela. Honorary will be, Beverly Adele, Veronica Duran and Vanessa Marrufo. Private disposition will take place at a later time. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW in charge of the arrangements.
