Bullard -- Clarence Ray Bullard, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2002. He was born September 10, 1930 in George West, Texas. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Peggy Bullard; five children; daughter, Cynthia Kincheloe and husband Benny; daughter, Charlene Thompson and husband Bob; daughter Raylene Crabb and husband Rick; son, Michael Bullard and wife Ivy; and daughter,Patricia Bullard. Ray is also survived by eight grandchildren whom he loved dearly; two brothers, Fred and Truman Bullard; three sisters, Wanda Fails, Marie Buchannan, and Rita King and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents J.D. and Nina Bullard, and three brothers; George, Bub, and Norman Bullard. Ray started his road construction career forty-seven years ago. He worked for many companies in Texas, and New Mexico. As a finish blade operator, he helped build roads throughout Texas, New Mexico, and on Indian Reservations in Arizona. He loved his work and his family. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, he had a strong realistic hope in a future resurrection. He also loved attending the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and visiting with his spiritual brothers and sisters. His wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2002, 2:00 pm, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 109 Waterfall Dr. NE. In lieu of flowers, please make your donations to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses or the American Lung Association, 216 Truman NE 87108.
