Aguilar -- Nicanor E. (Nick) Aguilar, a native of New México, born in Ant¢n Chico on October 26, 1921 died July 18, 2002. Nick served in the military in WWII under General Mac Arthur in the Philippines. He is survived by his son Pat Aguilar and wife April; daughters Marie Mosher and husband Phil, Kelly Miyaki and husband Russell; sister Helen Aguilar; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends. A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2002 in Fern Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Av. SE. Private interment will take place on Wednesday, July 31, 2002 in Santa Fe National Cemetery. Strong-Thorne Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
