Norsworthy -- Geogre w. Norsworthy of Seminole, TX passed away at the age of 93 on July 29, 2002 at Hobbs Health Care Center. George was born on February 25, 1909 in Seale, LA. Mr. Norsworthy was a member of the Mounted Patrol of New mexico with the assigned #14. Also a member of Turtle's. He was an avid rock hound. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Norsworthy of Seminole, TX; sons, Bill Norsworthy of Costilla, NM, Linn Norsworthy of Seminole, TX; daughters, Denise Locklear of Myrtle Beach, NC, Gen Marquez of Las Begas, NM; numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. A Funeral will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at Chapel of Hope Chapel, Hobbs, NM. Private Burial will take place at a later time. Memorials can be made to Hobbs Senior Citizens Center, 200, E. Park Hobbs, NM 88240.
