Petti -- Peter S. Petti, 84, passed away on August 19, 2002 in Albuquerque. He was born December 23, 1917 and was a lifelong resident of Upper Darby, PA. He moved to Albuquerque in December to spend his remaining years closer to his daughter and her family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Theresa of 61 years; his daughter, Anne and her husband, Robert Desiderio; and eight grandchildren, Nancy and her husband, Michael of Pecos, Robby, Sandy, Ouida, Nicole, Steven and Michael all of Albuquerque. Peter will be remembered for many things including his wonderful sense of humor and will be missed by those who knew him. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Mass will take place at the Neumann Center, Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Mt. Calvary. The family wishes to express a special thanks to the staff at UNM Hospice, and staff at Vista-Sandia Hospice at St. Joseph's. The family request that no flowers be sent. If desired contributions may be made to Hospice Services.
