Lopez -- Juan Jose (Johnnie Joe) Lopez, 57, passed away suddenly August 16, 2002 in Las Vegas, NV. He is preceded in death by his father, Seferino; and mother, Eliza Lopez; and brothers, Charlie, Lawrence and Sefa. He is survived by his wife, Linda; sons, Juan Jose Jr. and Carlos Rene; and daughter, Miranda Eliza Lopez, all of Albuquerque. Also by his grandchildren, Juan Carlos and Marco Antonio, 6, and Desiree Lopez, of Albuquerque. He is also survived by sister, Nancy Lopez Mauger of La Puente, Ca; and brothers, Frank of CO, Ray of El Monte, CA., and Dan and Jesse Lopez of Albuquerque. Juan had numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Juan was a self-employed carpenter but his passion was photography. He worked five years for The Albuquerque Journal, northern bureau. A Memorial Mass will be held this Saturday, August 24, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anne's Church 1400 Arenal Rd. SW.
