Glenn -- Nancy L. Glenn a truly loving and wonderful person passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 8, 2002. She was 52 years of age. Nancy was a lifelong Albuquerque resident, who graduated from Rio Grande High School in 1968. After high school, she went to work at Sandia Labs in 1970 where she served as a secretary until her passing. In her personal life, Nancy enjoyed nature and the outdoors. She had a love of lighthouses and collected memorabilia which she displayed throughout her home. Having a passion for music, she played both the flute and piano. As a true Christian, Nancy always put others first before herself. She will be survived by her husband of 31 years, Dickie Glenn; her only child, Jeremiah Glenn, her parents, Donald and Billye Bunten; two sisters, Sharon Boyd and Donna Bunten; and many other family members, friends and co-workers. Nancy was a kindred spirit who was loved and will be so dearly missed. She was truly an Angel on earth and will be in our thoughts, hearts and prayers forever. Services will be held Friday, September 13, 2002, at 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Rev. W.H. (Bill) Ratliff officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Thursday, September 12, 2002, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to the American Diabetes Association of NM, 525 San Pedro NE, #101, 87108. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
