Harmison -- Ruby Jean Caraway-Harmison, 61, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, September 12, 2002.�She is survived by her son, Tommy Lee Ellis and wife, Kaye of Nampa, ID; daughter, Tammy Scott and fiancé, Dan Austin of Chandler, AZ; grandchildren, Adam, Brian, Rebekah, Jaymie, Henry, Dwight and Elizabeth; great-grandchild, Kristen; sisters, Mary Caraway and Donna Caraway, both of Albuquerque; brothers, Claude Caraway and wife, Ruby of Pahrump, NV and Gerald Caraway and wife, Debbie of Aurora, CO; and a large extended family.�Ruby was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Ellis.�She worked for many years at the University of New Mexico Hospital. Ruby was loved and will be missed by all.�Cremation has taken place and graveside services will be held Monday, 3:00 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.�French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE. �
