Lewis -- Nanette Lewis, age 33, of� Florence, Texas passed away Thursday, October 31, 2002 as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Bell County, Texas. Nanette was born October 2, 1969 in Albuquerque to Michael and Trudie Weiss. Nanette graduated from Manzano High School and Nursing School in June 1988. She joined the Army in 1994. Nanette spent four years active duty at Ft. Hood in Texas where she met her husband, Robert Lewis. She married Robert on March 26, 1996. Nanette worked for Cosentra Healthcare in Round Rock, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Robert Lewis of Florence; step-son, Kylar Lewis of Jasper, Texas; parents, Michael and Trudie Weiss of Edgewood, New Mexico; brother, Curtis Weiss and wife, Jennifer of Tijeras; niece and nephew, Cameron and Kaitlyn Weiss of Tijeras; grandmother, Leota Gee of Edgewood; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and two loving dogs, Dallas and Abilene. The family will receive guests for Visitation from 12:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m. Saturday, November 2, 2002 at Young Memorial Chapel in Florence, Texas. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 3, 2002 at the First Baptist Church in Florence with Reverend Jimmy Towers officiating.
