Stober -- Russell Stober, 49, a resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, November 13, 2002. He is survived by his aunts, Doris Hudgeons and husband, Arnold of Gallup and Lenore Stober of Albuquerque; brothers, Richard Norman Helm and wife, Lisa and Carl Anthony Helm and wife, Vasha; sister, Georgia Parks and husband, Eric, all of Denver, CO; six nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins. Mr. Stober was preceded in death by his sister; parents; and grandparents. He was born to Russell Thomas and Denise Stober and was adopted by his maternal grandparents Carl and Ivadell Stober. Mr. Stober was an active member of St. John's United Methodist Church. He volunteered time at several nursing homes. Services will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m., at St. John's United Methodist Church, 2626 Arizona NE, with Rev. Charles E. Price officiating. Cremation will follow services.
