Ingram -- Hattie L. Ingram, 85, a resident of Albuquerque since 1966, died Wednesday, December 4, 2002. She is survived by her daughter, Jane Dowling and husband Jim of Albuquerque; granddaughter, Amy Dowling Rourke and husband, Jason of Albuquerque; grandsons, Andrew Dowling and Peter Dowling, both of Albuquerque; great-grandchildren, Hannah Rourke, Melissa Rourke, Zachary Rourke, and Vanessa Rourke, all of Albuquerque; brother, Robert Nelson, of Ellis, KS; brother-in-law, Harold Ingram and wife, Jeanie of Wichita, KS; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ingram was born in Ellis, KS to Axel and Hannah Nelson. She married Herb Ingram July 7, 1940 on the family's homestead. He preceded her in death September 13, 2000, after 60 years of marriage. They managed theatres in Kansas for many years. In 1958, during the Oil Boom, the family moved to Farmington and then to Albuquerque in 1966. She had been a bookkeeper in Farmington and Albuquerque, having worked for Zales, AAA of New Mexico and Van Atta Labs. She was a great fan of all sports, especially baseball. Mrs. Ingram was a very loving and beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. Services will be held Saturday, December 7, 2002, at 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Pastor Bruce Wilder officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
