Blanca was preceded in death by her father, Jesus Garcia of El Paso, TX; brothers, Carlos Garcia of El Paso, and Jesus Garcia Jr. of Albuquerque. A Mass will be celebrated by Father Anthony Bolman at Queen of Heaven Parish, 5311 Phoenix Ave. NE at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2001. Cremation arrangements by Aspen Funeral Home.
