Dahl -- Orval J. Dahl passed away Tuesday June 26th in Texas. He was born in Hay Springs, Nebraska on April 9, 1927. He is survived by hiis wife Dotty; three children, Diane Nunn and husband Gary of Belen N.M., Bruce and wife Lyn of Farmington, N.M., Doris Maysick and husband and Randy of Churchville, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; one great grandson; numerous nieces and nephews; cousins and friends. Orval seved in the Navy as a cook on an LST during World War Two. He retired from new Mexico Peterbuilt in 1989. Private interment will take place Tuesday morning, July 3, 2001 and celibration of Orvals life will be held Tuesday morning, July 3, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. in the Messiah Lutheran Church at 11515 Lomas N.E. Paster Milton Jensen will officiate. Strong-Thorne Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
