She is survived by her sons, Carl With and wife, Mary Helen, and Jack With and wife, Mary, all of Albuquerque; grandsons, C. Joseph With, John W. With, Jerry Paul With, Sr., Greg With, Kurt Douglas With, and Ted With; granddaughter, Cheryl Heinen; 12 great-grandchildren; six great great-grandchildren; and brothers, Arthur Shaver of Atlanta, GA, and Paul Shaver of Albuquerque, NM. Katherine was preceded in death by her husband, Carl With in 1986. Rosary will be recited Monday, June 18, 2001, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Deacon John Russo reciting. Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 19, 2001, at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, Monday, June 18, 2001 from 4:00 p.m. until time of Rosary.
