Ables -- Lois Elaine Ables, born June 16, 1924 in Memphis, TN, passed away January 21, 2001 in Albuquerque. Loving mother of Joann Ables and Louis Ables; grandmother of Marc Ables, Stephanie Rose and Noah Ables; great-grandmother of Nicholas Ables, Sierra Rose and Taylor Rose; sister of Marge Greene; aunt of Donald Allen, Rochelle Fields, Gene Greene and Rosemarie Leonard and Chip Rockholt. Preceded in death by her mother Lucille Howard and brother Cotton Rockholt. Her passions were playing golf, gardening, cooking and reading. She was a previous member of the Paradise Hills Country and Solo Singles Club. She will be missed. Services will be held Saturday, January 27th at 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Memorial Park & Mortuary, in Sebastopol, CA.
