Dogliani -- Frank Mario Dogliani, 92, born and educated in Piedmont, Italy, died on Friday, April 20, 2001, in Albuquerque. Frank was a practicing civil engineer who worked in Europe, Africa, and North and South America in mining, heavy construction and the oil industry. He had many fond memories of working with his compatriots at Con ConCreto, Medell°n, Colombia. Frank was married 62 years to Norwegian born Hilma, whose late Father went to the Galapagos Islands on a Norwegian expedition in the 20s. Frank and Hilma had one son, a physicist, Harald, graduate of the US Air Force Academy, who is married to Santa Fe attorney, Lois. Frank's father, the late Ignasio Dogliani, was Engineer-in-Charge of the District of Cuneo, Piedmont, Italy, with his French wife, the late Margherita.
