Forsythe -- Bernadette D. Forsythe, loving wife, mother and grandmother, died Monday, April 9, 2001. Preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Forsythe, she is survived by daughter, Susan Pohl; and granddaughter, Sandra; sons, Mark Forsythe, and David Forsythe, his wife, Anne; and granddaughters, Emma and Darcy. Memorial Services will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, 7550 Eubank NE. Tuesday, April 17, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. Private interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 7550 Eubank NE 87122.
