Ouellette -- Dorothy T. Ouellette, 90, a resident of Albuquerque since 1959, died Wednesday, January 24, 2001. She is survived by her son, Robert H. Ouellette and wife, Mary Ann of Albuquerque; grandson, Brian J. Ouellette of Columbus, IN; son Arthur B. Ouellette of Wenatchee, WA; grandson, Andrew B. Ouellette; and granddaughter, Alyica Ouellette, all of Wenatchee, WA. Mrs. Ouellette was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Herve O. Ouellette in 1991. She initially moved to Albuquerque in 1959 and returned in 1968 after her husband retired from the service. She was a devoted housewife and she toucher the lives of many friends. Rosary will be recited Thursday, January 25, 2001, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Mass will be celebrated Friday, January 26, 2001, 11:00 a.m., at John XXIII Catholic Church, 4831 Tramway Ridge NE, wither Father Arkad Biczak, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Pacey -- Elizabeth Wood Pacey, 96, a resident of Albuquerque since 1942, passed away on January 23, 2001 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia P. Miller, in 1985. She is survived by her son-in-law, Donald D. Miller and his wife, Valerie of Ruidoso, NM; her granddaughter, Janelle Miller Johnson and husband, Phillip of Albuquerque; her grandson, Jay-Alan Miller of Rome, Italy; and her great-grandchildren, Cynthia Jennice & Jay Kory Johnson both of Albuquerque. Elizabeth was born in Anthony, Kansas and was a graduate of Emporia Teacher's College. She taught several adult education business courses in the early years of TVI and was a retired Federal Civil Service employee. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 26, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. in Carter Hall at La Vida Llena Retirement Center with Dr. Paul Debenport and The Reverend Carl Soderberg of First Presbyterian Church officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to either The Menaul School Foundation or to the First Presbyterian Church Sunbonnet Shop in Albuquerque. Reinacher -- Donald Richard Reinacher, 68, died in Albuquerque on January 21, 2001. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Ester Reinacher and by his step-father, Walter Hartlieb. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Virginia Reinacher; children, Robby Reinacher and wife, Sherri, Bobby Reinacher and wife, Vicki and Donna Garcia and husband, Ronald, all of Albuquerque; seven grandchildren, Johanna, Danetta, Kaylarea, Koury, and Shanya Reinacher and Jeffrey and Daniel Garcia; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2001 in Chapel of Sandia, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE, with Rev. Everett Smith of Valley Gospel Assembly of God officiating. Romero -- Estefanita Romero, 93, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away quietly at her home on January 21, 2001. She was born in Santo Domingo, NM. On January 10, 1908. Estefanita is survived by her son, Frank Romero, Jr.; grandchildren Francisco Romero, Orlando Romero, Tomas Romero, Sylvia Romero, and Ricardo Romero; great-grandchildren Orlando Romero, Jr., Jacquiline Romero, Mariah Romero, and Sarah Rose Romero. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Rita "Ricardita" Maez, Pablita Hurtuado, Tillie Trujillo, Lolo Tapia, Junior Tapia, Mary Duran; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be greatly missed by her loving family. Final visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. this morning at Garcia Mortuary in the Chapel on 8th Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Francisco Romero, Orlando Romero, Tomas Romero, Ricardo Romero, Richard Trujillo and Orlando Romero. Sauter -- Ronald B. Sauter, 64, a resident of Albuquerque for 27 years, went to be with our Lord on Monday, January 22, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Julie Sauter; daughters, Elizabeth McIntyre and husband, John, and Kimberly Sauter; son, Stephen Sauter and wife, JoAnn; granddaughters, Monica and Lindsay Ryan, Amber and Krysta Sanchez; grandsons, Sean and Nicholas McIntyre, all of Albuquerque; brother, Herbert Sauter and wife, June of Ocala, FL; sister-in-law, Lori Wells and husband, Ray of Las Vegas, NV and brother-in-law, Robert Hudson and wife, Andrea of Turlock, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Edna Sauter and infant son, Gregory Bernard Sauter. He served in the United States Air Force for over 26 years, which included a tour in Vietnam. Ron retired as Senior Enlisted Advisor of Kirtland AFB in 1982. He received many awards and citations during his career including the Bronze Star and Meritorious Service Medal. Following his Air Force career he was a Life Insurance Agent with New York Life Insurance Company. Ron was a member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather and a very generous and loving man. Ron loved golf and especially loved traveling with his wife to Las Vegas and Florida. He loved life and his family to the fullest. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, January 25, 2001, 7:30 p.m. at Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. N.E. A Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 26, 2001, 10:00 a.m. at Church of the Risen Savior. Burial to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Schwab -- Martha Irene Schwab, 86, died on January 18 2001 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born to William and Anna (Meyer) Smallfield on March 3, 1914 in Pipestone, MN. As a child she lived on a farm in Hatfield, MN, and later on a farm near Ihlen, MN where she attended county schools. During her teen years, they moved back to Hatfield. She attended and graduated from Pipestone High School and was confirmed in St. Paul Lutheran Church. In 1937, they moved to a farm north of Pipestone. Martha attended and graduated from beauty school in Minneapolis, and at one time owned her own shop there. She married William Schwab October 3, 1943, and they lived in Minneapolis until they retired and spent a great deal of time traveling to Phoenix, AZ where they had a home. After the death of William, she moved to Albuquerque. Martha is survived by one sister, Dora Cornelius of Albuquerque; one brother, Richard Smallfield and wife, Shirley of Medfield, MA; and nieces and nephews. Services will be held Thursday, 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Pastor W. Bruce Wilder of the Faith Lutheran Church officiating. Seddon -- Blanche Elizabeth Seddon ¯Betty¯, age 81, died Tuesday January 23, 2001. She is survived by her husband of 63 years; Roger Seddon; daughters, Debbie Martinez and husband, David, Carol Martinez and husband, John, Margo Seddon and friend, Susan Bonner all of Albuquerque; sister, Jane Martin of California; grandchildren, Brandon LePore, Marc LePore, Michelle LePore, JT Martinez, Jodi Martinez, Kimberly Martinez; and great-grand-daughter, Halo LePore all of Albuquerque; and many other relatives and friends. Betty was a partner with her husband, Roger in the operation of Seddon's Antiques, Albuquerque's first and finest Antique store. She worked in their antique shop for over 37 years. Betty was also an involved member of the American Business Women's Association. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held Saturday, January 27, 11:00 a.m., at Aspen Funeral Alternatives Chapel, 1935 Juan Tabo Blvd. NE. Sedillo -- Martha Marie Sedillo, 87, went home to be with our Lord Monday, January 22, 2001 at her home with her daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren at her side. She is survived by her daughter, Betty A. Standifer of Albuquerque; son, James Reeder of Ohio; stepson, Nick I. Sedillo of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Floyd A. Stephens, Jr. and wife, Ellen, Melva M. Santiago, James E. Stephens, Debra Marks and her husband, Steve all of Albuquerque, Karen S. Bivins of Fountain, CO, and SSgt. Michael D. Standifer; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild due in April. She was preceded in death by her husband, Isais ¯Blackie¯ Sedillo in 1997. Spurlin -- Thomas Lee Spurlin, 72, passed away at home January 23, 2001. He was a longtime resident of Albuquerque and worked as a heavy equipment operator. He was preceded in death by his sons, Danny Spurlin, Ernest Gonzales, and daughter, Sue Leslie, and is survived by his wife of 22 years, Celia Spurlin; children, Anthony Spurlin, Sharon Timms and husband, Wayne, Gail Hambrick and husband, Bob, Shannon Fay, Tanya Spurlin, Nick Gonzales and wife, Millie, Trinnie Keithley and husband, Bob, Rosalie Gonzales and husband, Ben, Maurice Michelson and husband, Lee Erickson, Judy Gonzales, Jimmy Gonzales, Gloria Patrick and husband, Don, Tony Gonzales and wife, Millie; daughters-in-law, Jennie Gonzales and Karen Spurlin; son-in-law, Tom Leslie; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and numerous other family and friends who loved and will miss him. Stuetzer -- Otmar M. Stuetzer, 88, a resident of Albuquerque for 37 years, passed away January 20, 2001. His first wife of 50 years, Elizabeth Stuetzer, his son, Max Stuetzer, and his sister, Hildegard Nahrhaft preceded him in death. Otmar is survived by his wife, Ann L. Stuetzer; daughters, Irmgard Hudson and Irene Lewis; five grandchildren, Ray and Nancy Hudson, Andrea Graham, Heather Kenny and Michael Lewis; three great-grandchildren, Riley and Ryan Graham and Chad Kenny. Otmar was born April 30, 1912 in Nuremberg, Germany. He received his doctorates in physics and electrical engineering at the Munich Insitute of Technology, Germany. He was instrumental in the development of radar and microwave optics. Otmar came to the United States in 1945 where he worked at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, until 1955. He then joined General Mills, Minneapolis, MN where he was a project manager for the highest world record manned stratospheric balloon ascent. In 1963, Otmar joined Sandia National Laboratories where his work involved the protection of electronic systems in the harsh environment of space and nuclear radiation. He retired in 1977 but continued to be a consultant until 1998. he originated over 40 patents and published many technical articles for engineering and scientific journals. He was a member of AIAA, IEE as well as an American Physical Society Fellow. Memorial Services will be held at Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM on Saturday, January 27, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
