GARCIA -- JOHN 73, a resident of Albuquerqe, passed away on July 21, 2011. Mr. Garcia is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Loretta; his children, John Garcia, Lawrence Garcia, Rosemarie Garcia, and Cipriano Garcia and girlfriend, Ebassneska; his sisters, Lucy San Martin and husband, Mario, Amelia Griego, Irene Morris and husband, Pete, Connie Brill and husbad, Arthur, Pat Haslett and husband, Robert, and Erlinda Taylor and husband, Tim; his sisters in law, Rebecca Garcia and Mercy Garcia; his grandchildren, Eric Garcia and wife, Jennifer, Jessica Chavez, and Richard Chavez; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces, and nephews. Mr. Garcia was a member of the Catholic Church and was Sherriff Duputy under Lester Hayes. Visitation will be Monday, July 25, 2011 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Deacon Nestor Garcia. Final visitation will be Tuesday at the Church from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. HERRERA -- ROSELLA (ROSE) JARAMILLO Born August 20, 1928 in Sedillo, New Mexico to Oliveros and Onesima Garcia Jaramillo. Rose passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Leopoldo and Adelicio Jaramillo; husband, Robert A. Herrera; son, Robert J. Herrera; and two great-grandsons. Rose is survived by her brother Vivian Jaramillo and sister Merlinda Chavez, her children, daughters Rosalie Herrera, Gina Montez, Sylvia Chavez, Jo Anne Lovato, Phyliss Sandoval; son, Richard and wife, 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and her best companion Curly. Rosella worked as a housekeeper - nanny for Dr. and Mrs. E. Castiglia, Dr. Clare Castiglia and family, Mr. Robert and Susan Anderson and family. Rose loved to travel, play bingo and cards at the Princess Jeanne Senior Center where she had many friends. Thank you to Ambercare staff for their love and dignity especially Denise Sullivan, nurse and friend. OLIVAS -- TILLIE Age 85, a life long resident of Albuquerque, NM went to be with our Lord and Savior Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Tillie is survived by her loving husband Robert of 59 years; sons, Robert J. Olivas Jr. and wife Sherly, Anthony E. Olivas, Frank D. Olivas, Philip W. Olivas, Daniel L. Olivas and wife Christa; daughter, Vivian R. Garcia and husband Paul Sr.; ten grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Tillie was preceded in death by her son, Steve M. Olivas. Tillie was a very compassionate and loving person who adored her family and loved spending time with them. She was an Albuquerque High School graduate and remained a huge Bulldog fan. Tillie will be greatly missed by numerous family and friends and all that knew and loved her. Vigil; children, Denise Garcia, Corrine Aragon and husband, Joel, Dennis Zamora and companion, Ana, Ruby Gurule and husband, Mike, Jonathan Zamora and fiance, Josie Montoya, Bernadette Alire and husband, Fernando, Audra Mena and husband, Jesus, and Sam Coughenour and wife, Amy; brothers, Frank Zamora and wife, Doris and Nestor Zamora and wife, Mercy; sister, Millie Cordova and husband, Bobby; twenty-nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr. Zamora was a member of the Catholic Church and a Veteran of the United States Army. DEFRAIA -- MATTHEW A. Age 49, went to be with our Lord and Savior Tuesday, July 19, 2011. He was born on January 4, 1962 to Charles and Penny Defraia, in Long Island, NY. Matthew is survived by his loving wife Arlene of 18 years; sons, Shane Defraia and Frank Flores and wife Valerie Benavides; daughters, Stephanie Aragon and Valerie Cervantez; six grandchildren; his mother Penny Defraia; brothers, Tony Defraia and wife Lisa, Chuck Defraia and wife Debbie; sisters, Vickie Belzak and husband Greg, Connie Defraia and husband Bruce ; special friends, Fred Silva and David Coulter. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Defraia and sister Marian Griffin. Matthew was a very hard worker who adored his family and loved spending time with them. GARCIA -- TOM C. Age 78, of Albuquerque joined our Lord on July 16, 2011 surrounded by close family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Jean, and his children; Michael (Helen), Tom (Molly) Jim, John (Monica), Steve, Sally (John) and Cyndi (David). Tom was blessed with ten grandchildren: Jennifer, Lisa, Brandon, Jessy,0 Tarah, Jacob, Sterling, Thomas, Paris, and David, and two great-grandchildren: McKenna and Alex. He is also survived by four sisters: Andrea, Lala, Eileen, Celia and husband John. Friends and family may visit French Mortuary for a viewing on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 from 5-7 pm.
