FRANKENFIELD -- JANE FRANCES 79, was born in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts on April 15, 1932, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2011 in Albuquerque, NM. Jane was a Project Linus Blanketeer, taught crochet at local Senior Centers, and was a Crisis Counselor for 25 years at Las Familias in Tucson, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clayt and Olive Leach; brother, Fredrick Leach, and grandsons, Brandon Able Price and Robert Roy Ouellette II. Jane is survived by her sister, Betty Martini of Mackey, IN; brother, Leslie Leach of Farmington, NM; five children, Clifford Able Price, Herbert Clayton Price, Thomas Sheldon Frankenfield, Betty Louise Oliver, and William Robert Frankenfield; seven grandchildren, Tommy, Clayton, Chelsea, Kaitlyn, Salma, Sabrina, and Kimberly; and many other family and friends who love and will miss her. HALL -- BETTY Loving mother, grandmother, great-mother and true friend. Went to be with the Lord our Savior on September 26, 2011. Born September 5, 1936 to Ed and Olene Holley in Roswell, NM. After graduating at ABQ High, she went on to work in the medical field. Also, she was a great piano bar performer in Albuquerque, NM and Las Vegas, NV. Her beautiful voice will be remembered and missed. She is survived by sons, Dan and David Bero; daughters, Deborah Deal, Melissa Strickland, Diane Adams; grandchildren, Chris, Phillip, Kenny, Daniel, Elizabeth, Emily, Cori, Misty; and great-grandchildren, Shaylynn, Nerrissa Viola, and Preston. HARRIS -- ROBERT GERALD Born October 11, 1938, Birmingham, AL- died September 25, 2011, Albuquerque, NM. A kind and gentle soul left us September 25 to journey to a better place. Bob died from complications of a massive heart attack, and is now at rest. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Cheryl Ann (Prekker Canard)Harris, of Albuquerque; his daughters, Teresa Harris of Catonsville, MD, and Brenna Harris of Salt Lake City, UT; step-children, Robert B. Canard (Andrea) of West Jordan, UT, and Tracy Canard-Goodluck (LT) of Albuquerque, NM. He is also survived by five grandchildren who will miss their Grandpa terribly: Brandon Canard (Jessica), of Roy, UT, Bobbie Ann, Cassidie, and Cody Canard of West Jordan, UT, and Tawny Harris of Salt Lake City, UT. Bob is also survived by brothers Michael (Kaye) and David (Nancy); and a sister Carol; brothers and sisters-in-law; his mother-in-law Gladys Prekker; as well as many nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Carlyle and Polly Harris of Birmingham, AL, and a brother Randy, also of Birmingham. Bob worked for over 32 years for Salt Lake City Corporation in the Transportation Department, where he supervised parking meter operations. He retired in 1994. He served in the United States Air Force from 1957-1961, serving in a field band. Bob loved music of all sorts, especially playing clarinet in the Murray Utah Community Band and the Albuquerque Concert Band. He played clarinet with a small group of friends every Wednesday, a highlight of his week. Bob also loved gardening and home remodeling. His favorite hangout was his workshop in the garage. He was a generous person, always helping someone with whatever needed to be done. He had a great sense of humor, and a quick wit. HOELZEL -- MATTHUS A. 35, died in his sleep at home September 22, 2011, Albuquerque, NM. Matthus loved people and was well loved in return. He grew up in New Hampshire, graduated from Albuquerque TVI, 1994, and apprenticed as a Demi-Chef/Sous Chef in Cologne, Germany, 1997-99. He became an Executive Chef, 2003. Formerly of Jenny Lake Lodge, Grand Teton National Park; the Memphis Country Club, Memphis, TN; the Ranchers Club, Albuquerque, NM; and Randy's and the Glacier Club, Durango, CO; he last served as Executive Chef at Sorrel River Ranch, Moab, UT. Survived by his mother Leslie Hoelzel; and brother Russell Kimber, Matthus was cremated at the Riverside Funeral Home and will be returned to the earth he loved. Matthus liked to fish, hunt, four-wheel and two-wheel, hike, camp, rock-hound, snow board, help others, and have a good time. A memorial service will be held at the Albuquerque Botanical Japanese Garden, 2601 Central Ave. NE, Albuquerque, on October 8, 2011, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Contributions are being accepted in lieu of flowers to support his final wishes. HOKE -- CAROL ANN Was born Carol Rabuck on March 25, 1932 in Janesville Wisconsin and passed away, peacefully at home on September 28, 2011. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, William R. Hoke; and her children Kent Hoke and wife Mary Rahe of Indiana, Eric Hoke and wife Taminy Marshall of Corrales, Cindy Hoke and husband Jerry Tankersley of Albuquerque, and Kevin Hoke and partner Victoria Moore of Albuquerque; as well as many beloved grandchildren. Carol grew up in Wisconsin. She later relished her role as an Air Force wife and very much enjoyed the travels that were a part of that job. She often joked later in life that she was looking for a near-sighted second lieutenant so she could start all over again. Carol also worked in the medical field in Albuquerque for over 20 years. Services will be held at French - Wyoming Chapel on Tuesday, October 4th at 11:00 a.m. Reception details will be announced at the service. HUDSON-GREEN -- JEANNINE FRANCOISE Age 79, a resident of Albuquerque since 1952, died Friday, September 23, 2011 after a long struggle with Parkinson's disease. She was the proud mother of four children, Marc Hudson, Cyril Hudson, Cassandra Hudson Shaw, all of New Mexico, and Elianne Hudson of Oregon. She was preceded in death by Craig Hudson, the father of her children, and by her second husband, Tom Green. As a young survivor of the German Occupation of France during WWII, she met an American GI, married, and became an American citizen. Although over her lifetime she held several jobs, her passion was her family. She was a lover of ballet and of the fine arts; a long-time member of the Alliance Francaise d'Albuquerque; a moving force behind the restoration of the New Mexico Boxcar of the French Gratitude Train, and a brave, gracious and vibrant friend to people locally and internationally. Memorial to be held at a later date. INSANI -- MARIO J. Passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Born and raised in Marlborough, Massachusetts, he enlisted in the US Air Force upon graduating from high school. He received a bachelor's degree from Boston University and a master's degree from Columbia University. An avid athlete, he then returned to the Air Force in civil service as an athletic director. While working in Germany, he met his wife, Anita, who he married in 1957. They moved to Albuquerque in 1970, where he worked at Kirtland AFB as an athletic director until his retirement in 1987. Mario is survived by his wife, Anita; son, Michael Insani and his wife, Reesea; daughter, Delphine Insani; brothers, Raymond Insani, John Insani and his wife, Inge, and Robert Insani and his wife, Renate; sisters, Elenor Testa, and Rita De Mattia and her husband, Charles; granddaughters, Breanna Insani and Melanie Insani; and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. JANSSEN -- MILDRED O. Age 90, resident of Albuquerque, NM, passed from this life to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 28, 2011. She was born February 17, 1921 in Lilbourn MO, the daughter of Jacob and Lydia Janssen. She was preceeded in death by her parents and her sister, Lauretta M. Grewis. Mildred is survived by her brother, Jacob Janssen and his wife Helen; and a niece and two nephews. Mildred spent most of her life in the St. Louis area working in the fashion industry. She moved to Albuquerque, NM in 2003. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, October 4, 2011, 12:30 p.m., at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Rd, St. Louise, MO.
