Obituary for Manning

Madeline G. Manning went to be with the Lord after a long illness. born in San Antonio, NM on May 24, 1916 to Solia Pino and Robert McIntyre they moved to Albuquerque when she was about six years old and lived here and in California. She is preceded in death by her beloved Joe to whom she was married for 51 years, and four brothers, Robert, Johnnie, Ducan and"Pado" McIntyre, daughter-in-law, Florence Manning and son-in-law, Jack McCune. she is survived by her four children, Pat Manning, Joe Manning and wife, Chris, Colleen McCune and Madeline Akins; she is also survived by 12 grandchildren, Ed Manning and wife, Cathy, Ray Manning and wife, Annette, Cecilia Ramirez and husband, Eddie, Ralph Manning and Timothy Manning, Joe McCune and wife, Sue, Mary McCune, Trish McCune and husband, Dave Crandall, Robert McCune and wife, Wendy, Meighan McCune and husband, Terry Ellicott, Kim Akins, Kathy O'Dea and husband, Micheal; and 13 great-grandchildren. Other survivors include her sister, Theresa Zamora; brother, Boleslo McIntyre and wife, Alice, Bill Mctommi; sisters-in-law, Ruth McIntyre, Chris McIntyre, and Patty McIntyre and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren. The family would like to thank Dr. Ross and the staff at P.A.C.E for the wonderful care and attention given her. Visitation will be April 25, 2001 from 4:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. with a Rosary immediately following in the Palm Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary. A Service of Resurrection will be held April 26, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church located at 811 Guaymas Pl. NE. Interment will be at 3:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Ave. SE is handling the arrangements.
