Jenaro"Henry" S. Jimenez Sr.81, a resident of Moriarty, NM, passed away Thursday November 29, 2001. He was born June 13, 1920, to Pasqual and Minnie (Swarts) Jimenez in Santa Rita, NM. He is survived by his sons; Henry Jimenez Jr., and Cathy of Yorba Linda, CA, James Jimenez and his wife Eloisa of Moriarty, NM, Roger Jimenez of Albuquerque, NM, Chris Jimenez and his wife Jennifer of Albuquerque, NM. His daughters JoAnn Romero and her husband Lawrence of Winsfield, KA., Florence Baca and her husband Tom of Albuquerque, NM, his brothers Arturo Jimenez and Julian Jimenez, he is survived by his sisters Clara Martinez, Luncinda Garcia, Rosa Esquivel, Marie Miranda, Sara Puentes and Rita Holguin, 26 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. He's preceded in death by his wife Elva Marie Jimenez and his brother Pasqual Jimenez and his sister Virginia Munoz. He was a member of the American Legion Post 13 in Albuquerque. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him. A rosary will be recited Monday December 3, 2001, 5:00 PM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic church. A mass will be celebrated Tuesday December 4, 2001, 10:00 AM with Father Anthony Martinez officiating. Burial will take place at the Mount Carmel Catholic cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Raymond Gallegos, Micah Jimenez, Mathew Romero, Jeremy Romero, Ryan Jimenez and Luke Nead. Arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM.
