Obituary for Julian

Marshal R. Julian, 83, a resident of Albuquerque since 1934, died Saturday, May 12, 2001. He is survived by his wife, June Julian of the family home; two daughters, Margaret Swain and husband, George of Albuquerque and Lucille Donegan of Keene, NH; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Joyce Scheef of Topeka, KS. Mr. Julian graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1936. He was a veteran of the Army serving during WWII and the Korean War. He was a charter member of the Shepherd of the Valley Presbyterian Church. Mr. Julian was past president of the Albuquerque Men's Bowling Association and past president of the New Mexico State Mens Bowling Association. He was a member of the Zia Roamers Good Sam RV Chapter, a member and past master of the Zia Daylight Masonic Lodge, and past patron of Eastern Star. Masonic services will be held Tuesday, 3:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. Cremation will then take place and a memorial service will be held Friday, 11:00 a.m., at Shepherd of the Valley Presbyterian Church, 1801 Montano Rd. NW, with Rev. Phil Butin officiating.
