Laurellen Nelson, 67, a resident of Albuquerque for 28 years, died Monday, July 2, 2001. She is survived by her husband, Bob Nelson; sons, David Nelson, Bill Nelson and Melody and John Nelson; grandchildren, Robert Nelson and Elizabeth Nelson, all of Albuquerque. Memorial services will be held Friday, July 6, 2001, 4:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Pastor David E. Cruson officiating. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Carla Ramirez, 5800 Lomas Blvd. NE, 87110.
