Obituary for Duran

Hope G. Duran, 79, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, July 22, 2001. She is survived by her son, Robert Teller and wife, Robin; grandson, Stephen Teller; granddaughter, Ellesse Teller, all of Los Alamos; sisters, Ramona Montoya, Lucy Garcia, Dora Apodaca and husband, Phillip and Jill Ruble, all of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Duran. Hope retired from the Albuquerque Police Department in 1984 as a finger print supervisor. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Mary and Antonette Morales reciting. Mass will be celebrated Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at St. Therese Little Flower Church, 300 Mildred NW, with Father James J. Suntum, S.F., Celebrant. Entombment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Gerald Martinez, Ronald Montoya, Larry Moya, Stephen Teller, Lee Romero, Jimmy Romero, Mark Apodaca, Edward Sedillo and Earl Drake. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Wednesday, at Rosary.
