Shirley A. Donoghue passed away on Friday, July 20, 2001 at the age of 61. She was born in Caruthersville, Missouri on November 26, 1939. Shirley retired from General Electric in 1989. Her parents, William"Hack" and Bernice Grantham preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Charles N. Donoghue Jr. and wife, Donna, Michael S. Donoghue and wife, Katy, Debbie A. Montoya and husband, Andy; four grandchildren, Michele, Erik, Jessica and Christine; great-grandchild, Ian Anthony; former husband, Charles N. Donoghue, Sr; dear cousins, Robert and Gloria Gilbreath; and numerous loving and devoted friends. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel of Strong Thorne Mortuary. Memorials may be given in Shirley's name to the American Heart Association. Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave SE, are in charge of arrangements.
