Mary A. Cutts, 91, a resident of Albuquerque since 1982, died Thursday, July 5, 2001, just one day shy of her 92nd birthday. Born July 6, 1909, she was an independent, gentle woman who enjoyed her family, movies and the sport of kings. She is survived by her daughter, Laurene Austen and her husband, Alfred Austen of Albuquerque, her daughter, Lois Cutts Sullivan and her husband, Bob Sullivan of Los Lunas; her grandsons, Greg Austen, Doug Austen and Wayne Sullivan; and her great-grandson, Steven Austen. She joins her husband, Harry Cutts, brother, Charles, and parents, Charles and Mary Kolz. Services will be held Saturday at 4:30 p.m. at Convenant United Methodist Church, 8518 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Interment will be in Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY.
