Alyce C. Field, age 91, died October 24, 2001 in Albuquerque. She is survived by niece,Shirlee Robertson of Albuquerque, NM; two nephews, John Lee Francis and Robert E. Francis of Oklahoma City, OK. Alyce worked for Kirtland Air force Base from 1951 until 1978. She managed the Military Clothing Distribution Center. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2001 at Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Ave SE. She will be taken to Oklahoma City for visitation all day Monday, October 29, 2001 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Interment will follow Tuesday in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The arrangements for Alyce C. Field are under the direction of the Strong-Thorne Mortuary.
