James E. Whatley, born May 17, 1948 passed away March 27, 2001. He is survived by his mother, Viola J. Whatley; children, Joshua, Faith and Hope Stropkniki, brother, David Burns; sister, Joyce Calkins and many other relatives and friends. James was preceded in death by his father, Emmett Whatley and sister, Roberta King. In lieu of flowers send memorials to UNM Cancer CRTC, 900 Camino De Salud, NE, Albuquerque, NM 87131. Memorial services pending. Cremation has taken place.
