Gisela K. Nelson, 78, an Albuquerque resident since 1962, died Sunday, March 18, 2001. She is survived by her daughters, Karin K. Nelson of Denver, CO and Linda L. Maggart and husband, Steve of Albuquerque; granddaughters, Brie Webb and Drue Webb. Her husband, George R. Nelson, preceded her in death last year. Cremation has taken place and a Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Her cremains will be interred with her husband at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association of NM, 525 San Pedro, NE, Suite 101, Albuquerque, NM 87108 or to the Animal Humane Association of NM, 615 Virginia, SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
