Marjorie Louise Bailey, born June 27, 1913 in Ludington, MI passed away November 2, 2001 in Albuquerque. She was the only child of George Swanson and Mary Flanneley. She married Wilbur (Bill) Bailey September 9, 1937, who preceded her in death after 59 years of marriage. They spent many years in the Chicago, IL area and she retired with Bill in Fallbrook, CA. and then in 1996, moved to Albuquerque. She had interests in travel, music and foods and loved to listen as her daughter-in-law, Donese played the harp. She was known to be a sweet and loving person. She is survived by her son, David Bailey and wife, Donese Mayfield; grandchildren, Alison, Aileen and Ken Bailey, Paula and Reagan Jones; nephew, Robert Avery and his wife, Mary Ann; niece, Judy Avery. Memorial Services are pending. Cremation arrangements by the Sunrise Society of NM, 891-8200.
