Joseph T. Russo, a resident of Albuquerque since 1999, died January 9, 2001. He was born in Las Vegas, Nevada July 18, 1977. Joseph was a loving son, had served in the US Marine Corps and was a student at ITT. He is survived by his mother, Susan Cunion; step-father, Ted Cunion; aunts, Geraldine Cuiffi, Mary Taranelli; and uncle, Dennis Cuiffi. Friends may pay their respects Friday evening, January 12, 2001 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Albuquerque Bible Church, 420 Montano NW, at 4th St.Services will be held at Eastridge Wesleyan Church, 12417 Constitution NE., on Saturday, January 13, 2001 at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. John Bubbico presiding. The family will begin receiving friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., prior to the services. Burial will follow at Pajarito Cemetery, located at Coors and Pajarito Rd. SW. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST. NW.
