Obituary for Archuleta

Robert "Bobby" Archuleta, 54, left this earth to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, November 16, 2001. Mr. Archuleta was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Archuleta. He is survived by his mother, Agnes; daughter, Leanna and husband, Michael Guzzio; grandchildren, Siara and Anthony; one son, Michael of New York; one brother, Phillip and wife, Viola of San Diego, CA; sisters, Connie and husband, Larry Jessen, Loretta and husband, Jim Bates, Lorraine and Christine as well as several nieces and nephews. Mr. Archuleta served proudly and honorably in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Randolph. Although he was blind, he went on to earn his Bachelor and Masters degree in Psychology at the University of New Mexico. Anyone who knew him could easily forget that he was blind because of his inordinate ability to perceive his surroundings and were taken by his charm and wit. Services celebrating his life will be conducted at Glory Hall located at 2421 Wyoming Blvd. NE on Tuesday, November 20, 2001 at 1:00 p.m.
