Felipe S. Candelaria, 83, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died on Tuesday, February 6, 2001. He is survived by his daughters, Teresa Navarro and husband, Ramon, Viola Aragon and husband, Robert, Darlene Mondragon and husband, Shawn and Judy Romero and husband, Adrian; son, Ted Candelaria; grandson, Raul Navarro; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Epifiano Candelaria and wife, Bennie and sister, Emma Sanchez. Felipe was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores M. Candelaria. The family would like to give a special thank you to Sandia Hospice for all their attentive care and help to Felipe. A Rosary will be recited on Friday, February 9, 2001, 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. N.E. A Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 10, 2001, 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Church, 5311 Phoenix Ave. NE. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7500 Paseo del Norte N.E.
