Evelyn C. Warren, born September 20, 1912, went home to be with the Lord and with her husband, Father John N. Warren on Saturday, December 15, 2001. Eve is survived by her sister, Denise C. Mahoney and husband, David of Vermont, and her daughter, Denise Warren Berthold and husband, Richard of Albuquerque. Eve's four grandchildren are Maria Warren and husband, Niels Galloway of Albuquerque; Tom Warren and wife, Karen and their children Brian, Chelsea and Taylor of Phoenix, Arizona; Gerald Warren and wife, Heidi of Albuquerque, and John Warren and wife, Linda and their child, Noah of Sandia Park. Eve was born in New York City and lived much of her life in the New York area. She served with her husband, the Rector of Christ Church in Oyster Bay, Long Island, NY for 25 years before they moved to Albuquerque. Eve spent her life serving the Lord through the Anglican Church, and through volunteer work including over twenty years of service for Meals on Wheels. Eve will be greatly missed. Funeral will be held at St. Peter's Anglican Catholic Church, NW corner of Paseo del Norte and Eubank, at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2001, with burial following at Fairview Cemetery in Albuquerque.
