Obituary for Love

James W. Love, 68, a resident of Albuquerque for most of his life, died Friday, December 14, 2001. He is survived by his sons, James W. Love, Jr. and wife, Jacqueline, William Love, Donald Love and fiancée, Alina Ortiz and John Love and girlfriend, Nicki Ritter; daughters, Yvonne Love-Blue and husband, Charles and Debra Love-Andrews and husband, Thomas; eight grandchildren, Bridgette, Patrick, Christopher, Nick, James, Vanessa, Savion and Donald Jr., all of Albuquerque; two sisters, Georgia Washington of Hempstead, NY and Ann Johnson of Midland, TX; and many dear family and friends. James was a retired decorated member of the US Army. He was a certified radiology technologist. He dedicated over 30 years of service to UNMH in which he had recently retired. He also belonged to many other organizations. Services will be held Wednesday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Rev. Will Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park. He gave us strength, guidance, love and values. He was a true father. Your memory will live forever in our hearts.
