Mrs. Imelda Virginia (Gina) Griego, 53, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on March 21, 2003 with her loving family by her side. Mrs. Griego is the beloved wife of 31 years to George Griego. Mrs. Griego is also survived by one daughter, Brenda Sierra and husband Ernie; two sons, Eric Griego and wife Denia and Phillip Griego; her mother, Susie Saiz; eight sisters, Terry Moon, Charlotte Saiz, Marcy Archuleta, Priscilla Black, Carol Saiz, Louise Feliciano, Judy Garcia and Oscar Garcia, Lisa Rodriguez and husband Danny; three brothers, Michael Saiz, Leroy Saiz and wife Terry and Paul Saiz; five grandchildren, Zante, Kaycee, Brandon, DemMarie and Joena. Mrs. Griego was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation for Mrs. Griego will be Sunday afternoon from 2:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW with a Rosary to be recited at 3:00 p.m. by Deacon Tibo Chavez. A final visitation will be Monday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. by Father Landcaster. A Committal Service will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:00 noon. Pallbearers will be Eric Griego, Phillip Griego, Mike Saiz, Paul Saiz, Greg Griego and Leroy Saiz.
