Jerry Farina, 86, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Monday, February 10, 2003. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Frances Farina; daughter, Anna Maria Torres and husband, Javier, all of Albuquerque; son, George Farina and wife, Vicki of Killen, AL; grandchildren, Koethi, Lindsy, Jordan and Jonathan; and brother, Anthony Farina and wife, Gloria of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jerrod. Jerry served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army, and was a prisoner of war. He was a member of Evangel Christian Center. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Saturday, 10:00 a.m., at Evangel Christian Center, 4501 Montgomery NE, with Pastor Raymond Franks officiating.
