Obituary for Campbell

Ruth Rose Campbell, 71, a resident of Albuquerque since 1952, died on Saturday, January 18, 2003. She is survived by her husband, Bill Campbell of Albuquerque; sons, Bill Campbell III and wife Alyson of Peralta, NM, Gaylord T. Campbell and wife Roxanne of Albuquerque, and Kevin E. Campbell and wife Debora of Dana Point, CA; sister, Elaine Manicone and husband Michael of Downey, CA; grandchildren, Bryan Grandin of Peralta, NM, Juliette R. Campbell and Tanner S. Campbell, both of Albuquerque; and step-mother, Fern Zeisel of Albuquerque. Ruth was born and raised in OFallon, IL. She and Bill became high school sweethearts and then married in 1951. She was a valuable part of the family business, Bill Campbell Agency Realtors, since its inception, but she devoted and loved her family most of all. She gave unselfishly of herself to those around her. Memorial services will be held on Monday, January 27, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at Sandia Presbyterian Church with Reverend Dewey Johnson officiating.
