Phillip L. Wehrman, 68, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, December 29, 2002. He is survived by his sister, Jean Nonemaker of Dallas, TX. Mr. Wehrman was an Electrical Engineer with Sandia National Laboratories. Cremation has taken place. French Mortuary 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE 823-9400
