Andrea A. Alire, 91 years old, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2002 surrounded by her loved ones. She was a long time member of the Second Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elias Alire; and her children, Jose I. Alire, Mary Jane Alire and Orlina P. Alire"Pollock." She is survived by her sisters, Hilaria Atencio and Bernie Rivera; and brothers, Tomas, Ernest and Andres Atencio. She is also survived by her children, Marcia Quintana, Larry E. Alire, Max Alire, Lupe Baca and Manuel Alire; and many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2002 at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2003 at the Second Presbyterian Church, 812 Edith Blvd. NE, 87102. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Orlando Baca Jr., David Quintana, Antonio Alire, Vicente Alire, Johnny Armijo and Dickie Martinez. Honorary pallbearers will be John Alire, Chuckie Alire, Angelica Alire, Diane Alire, Sandra Alire and Cindy Archuleta. Arrangements by Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
